Shipping Policy

JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP
Please allow our team 1 to 2 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME

Orders to the United States and the United Kingdom are shipped through trusted carriers. International orders may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on availability.

Average transit times for the United States
Normal Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
Expedited or Express Shipping: 3 to 6 business days
Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to arrive.

Normal Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
Expedited or Express Shipping: 3 to 6 business days

If you ordered multiple products they may arrive in separate packages. If a product is out of stock at a North American fulfillment center we may ship from Europe or Asia to avoid delays. Natural events such as weather or global disruptions may cause unexpected delays, so exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


HOW TO GET TRACKING INFO

A tracking number is provided for every order. Tracking becomes available once your order is fulfilled and shipped. Some products may ship separately if they come from different fulfillment centers.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the shipping method you select.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

Yes. If you made a mistake or changed your mind you may cancel your order within 10 hours of completing your payment. Please email omaricieldore.team@gmail.com with the subject line Please cancel my order and include your order number.


I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY

If your address was entered incorrectly reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected information. Please notify us within 12 hours so we can update it before processing.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We package every order with care but rare cases of damage can occur due to carrier handling. If this happens first we sincerely apologize.

This allows us to file a claim with the carrier. Once we receive the required information we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
