Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

If you made a mistake or changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 10 hours of completing your payment. Please email omaricieldore.team@gmail.com with the subject line Please cancel my order and include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then request a return by contacting our customer care team at omaricieldore.team@gmail.com.


RETURNS

We want you to love your Omari Ciel D’oré products. If you choose to return your order, we offer hassle free returns for items that are unused, unopened, and still in their original packaging within 60 days of the purchase date.

Important: The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. Your customer care representative will confirm the final refund amount before the return is processed and answer any questions you may have.

Returned products that fail our inspection may qualify for a partial refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee required to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging or with broken seals

We do not offer refunds for
Gift cards
Shipping or handling fees
Promotional items or free gifts


REFUNDS

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. A member of our care team will notify you once your refund has been processed.

Processing time: It may take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

A restocking and recertification fee of 15 percent applies to all returned products to cover inspection and processing. Your customer care representative will inform you of the exact refund total by email.
